Parts Exchanges

• All returns must be authorized and returned within 30 DAYS utilizing a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). The RA# must be included with the exchange.
  
  
• Call 1-877-889-6686 9am to 5pm M-F to receive the Return Authorization Number.
  
  
• Returned goods must be in "like new" condition.
  
  
• You must pay the shipping charges back to us.
  
  
• The original shipping charges are non recoverable.
  
  
• If your exchange requires any additional payment to process, we will charge the last credit card account number you submitted.
  
  
• If your exchange entitles you to an account credit, we will refund the difference to your credit card account. The account credit granted will be reflected on your credit card statement.
  
  
• If you need to make an exchange and are unsure of what to order we will do our best to assist you. Giving us as much information as possible about your machine will help enable us to determine the correct part for your application. Brand name, model number, features, tire size, etc. - any relevant information is helpful. If we know what type of machine you have we can better serve you.
  
  
• No restocking fees apply to exchanges.

• A restocking fee of 25% is charged on all parts refunds.
  
  
• All parts returns must be authorized by phone and returned within 30 DAYS utilizing a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). The RA# must be included with the return. Goods returned without a RA# will not receive a refund.

• All Mini Choppers and Barstool Racers are made to order 6 - 10 week lead time with a non refundable deposit of 25% on any cancelled mini chopper or Barstool Racer orders.
  
• Azusa brand split sprockets and sprocket hubs are not returnable if the plastic packaging has been disturbed or removed.
• All SportBike custom wheels are 8-16 weeks delivery when not in stock depending on make model and year of bike. All cancelled orders of stock wheels are subject to a 25% restocking fee and special order wheels are not refundable.
  
  
• We reserve the right to decline refunds on damaged merchandise. If the return has been altered or damaged during improper installation, application, operation or in any way that prevents the item from being sold as new, a credit will not be issued.
• Any and all special order items (all frames and hubs) not accepted by the customer at time of delivery and returned to R n R Fabrication LLC. will be charged a storage fee of $25.00 per day until the value of the storage fee equals or exceeds the value of the item at which time the item becomes property of R n R Fabrication LLC and the buyer is no longer entitled to the item.
