Normal usage is defined by, but not necessary defines in full, a person 18 years or older being the sole pilot of R n R Fabrication not riding on state, county, city, town or village legal street, roads, and highways. R n R Fabrication Minis are meant for smooth, dry surfaces on private property only.

Misuse is defined by, but not necessarily defined in full, any person under the age of 18 operating an R n R Fabrication Mini, more than one (1) person on the Mini at any given time, operating on public streets, roads and highways, operation on rough surfaces or in dark conditions, including fog. Operation on slippery surfaces such as water or snow covered surfaces.

Implied warranty of product does not include jumping, excessive speeds, excessive weight, illegal operation, standing, one wheel operation, fuel other than that specified by Engine Manufacturer, rough surfaces.

By examining our products either online, brochure, or in person, you have satisfied to your expectations to accept the product “as is” and “with all faults”.

Modification of R n R Fabrication Minis by the purchaser voids all warranties given by Full R n R Fabrication or any Manufacturer whose product is sold by
