Gas Tanks & Fenders

These gas tanks and fenders are made of 100% hand-layed fiberglass (no rust,impervious to gas) black gelcoat finish and holds about one gallon of gas.The gas tanks are made,bonded,and sealed with chemical resistant resin ,no after market sealer is applied to break lose in tankand clog gasline. Light prep work required before painting. Four 3/8" s/s bolts are glassed through the bottom,to attach it to frame,and a 1/4" barred fitting is glassed through bottom to attach gas hose to. The tunnel is 1 1/4" wide and the depth is 4" deep. The flush mount gas cap ,with
key, is made of 316 investment cast stainless steel. The fenders can be trimmed by you to your specific shape and design. Made with pride in USA Custom Mini Chopper fiberglass gas tank gas tanks mini bikes.
